Refund policy
This policy is in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
If you are a customer in the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item after notifying us.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- With tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.
3. How to Start a Return

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalised products
- Sale items (unless faulty)
- Gift cards
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Original delivery costs will be refunded where required by law (e.g. cancellations within 14 days), but express delivery upgrades are non-refundable
